Challenge:
High sun load. Existing ventilation system too small to provide enough cooling. New ceiling should be installed.
Solution:
Instead of changing the entire ventilation system to a larger one, “Smart Ceiling” was installed with Fan Coils to deliver the extra cooling needs.
